12 Thu. Netherlands – Implementing the Vision

The delegates who attended the CLC International Conference in Bangkok in 2008 were involved in initiating a new Vision Statement for CLC. This has many implications for each team and the Netherlands team has been looking at how this affects customer relations, internal processes, training and their financial planning. This in turn determines their goals and initiatives. Els Oosterhuis reports that this has been a very stimulating process with the enthusiastic involvement of the team in a series of brain storming sessions.
